We are very pleased to announce that Dawnlough recently added a Hermle C250 HS Flex CNC to the ever-expanding host of CNC machining centres in our Galway facility.
This German developed feat of engineering was designed with the goal of “maximum productivity” in mind, and it does just that. The impressive high precision, long-term accuracy 4 axis milling capabilities of this machine along with the robotic fed 18 pallet automated material handling system, combine to provide production scale precision machining at its finest.
Through the addition of the C250 to the Dawnlough ranks of CNC machines, we have further increased our production capacity, shortened order throughput time and contributed toward minimise machine-hour rates.
