For more than 30 years Dawnlough has been providing machining services, producing a vast range of components, assemblies, tools and process equipment to meet the specific needs of our customers.
We provide end-to-end manufacturing solutions from all stages of product design, to process development, to component manufacture, assembly and inspection. We have steadily built on our core competencies in subtractive manufacturing to provide manufacturing solutions from high-accuracy low-volume parts and assemblies for prototyping, research and development to high-volume repeatable quality-controlled production.
We continually invest in the most state of the art multi-axis machining centres that ensures we can offer the highest accuracy, high precision, repeatable capability. We use robotic manufacturing machine cells so we can run 24/7 lights-out production and have broad enough capacity that allows us to scale our production operations to meet our customer’s needs. Dawnlough also have extensive experience and expertise in exotic and hard metals machining that is essential to the MedTech and Aerospace manufacturing industries.

As well as producing high quality machining solutions, Dawnlough can vertically integrate product assembly processes under one roof at our manufacturing facility in Galway, Ireland. Aligned to our customers’ requirements we carry out equipment and process validation and will build, test and supply product assemblies and sub-assemblies that comply with quality assurance and quality control measures.
