Your Role:

We are seeking a dynamic person to join our shipping /dispatch department. This role requires a background in goods packing and shipping, including experience with working with various shipping agents. The successful candidate will also need to understand packing to customer specification and shipping requirements to ensure seamless execution and exceptional level of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Dispatch and working with Production on having an accurate shipping schedule as early as possible
• Responsibility to ensure all shipments leave on time and Production immediately updated if anything cannot ship either through lack of time or being unavailable.
• Booking goods to stock
• Pulling stock for order ahead of time
• Complete the customer delivery portals
• Print commercial invoices for oversea shipments and dispatch notes
• Booking of couriers and printing barcodes and labels
• Complete customs documentation as required
• Tracking of shipments. Track shipments to point of proof of delivery and measure delivery performance.
• Produce delivery documents for all shipments
• Produce P/O for treatments for some parts.
• Support Goods receipting by booking in deliveries
• Lot marking material for traceability

Qualifications:

• Experience in packing and shipping or goods receipting
• Proven experience, in dealing with customer requirements and product manufacturing.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Need to be free to work in Ireland or have current work permit
